Swimming pool contractor serving Murrieta, CA since 2006

Phase 1 Pool Construction was founded in 2006 by an owner with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the pool and backyard construction industry. After decades of learning every phase of how a great outdoor space comes together, the decision to start Phase 1 was simple: build a company that homeowners could genuinely trust. That meant no shortcuts, no vague timelines, and no disappearing acts once the contract was signed.

The name Phase 1 reflects a straightforward belief: every great backyard starts with getting the first phase right. From the initial design conversation to the final walkthrough, every step is treated with the same level of care. Projects are personally supervised by the owner, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing gets handed off without accountability.

We specialize in custom pool and spa construction, full backyard remodels, and outdoor living design across Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, and the surrounding communities. Whether you want a resort-style pool, a relaxing spa, a built-in BBQ island, or a fire pit that anchors your outdoor space, we design and build it from the ground up.

One of the things homeowners tell us they appreciate most is our 3D design process. Before a single shovel breaks ground, you can see exactly what your finished backyard will look like. That kind of clarity reduces surprises, speeds up decisions, and helps us build what you actually had in mind, not a close approximation of it.

We serve homeowners across Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, Menifee, Winchester, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Hemet, Lake Elsinore, French Valley, and Sun City. If you live in Southwest Riverside County or the surrounding region and want a pool builder who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers clean work on a reliable schedule, Phase 1 is built for exactly that.
